John Cunningham | Partner

John is a partner in Firstmark Ltd. and managing partner of FirstmarkGroup. His practice is technology law and intellectual property. He chairs the Bermuda Bar Association Intellectual Property Committee, was the first Chair of the Bermuda Copyright Tribunal and the senior term Commissioner when the Bermuda Regulatory Authority came into existence. He was also Chair of the Bermuda Broadcasting Commissioners and Chair of the Bermuda Telecommunications Commission. John holds a LLB from Te Whare Wananga O Tamaki | University of Auckland and an MSc in ecometrics from Dalhousie University. His passion is IP law.
